How do we run these text
Such as to win tickets to see labrinth you just text hit and the labrinth to 83958? Its one thing I have been pushing for at the community station I work on.
Is this classed as a lottery? Do you need a lottery licence to do this or is any radio station open to do this?

It possible that you right there. I don know enough as to whether that an element of skill or not. I was asking how do we do them competitions and do you need a lottery licence?
There can only be one national lottery, and the licence for that currently belongs to Camelot.
Other lotteries such as the Postcode Lottery (clue in the name) and other nonsense lotteries like the Health Lottery are actually a large number of individual local lotteries
